Data processed as part of SOMANA's platform deployments at customer facilities is governed by the applicable customer agreement (MSA, DPA, or equivalent).

SOMANA provides a system layer for physical AI, connecting existing industrial hardware and software into a coordinated intelligence layer. This policy covers only the information collected through our marketing website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on the site — for example, "Build With Us," "Submit an Inquiry," "Careers," or a contact form — we collect the information you enter: name, work email, company, role, message content, and any files or attachments (such as a CV for career submissions).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data helps us maintain site security and diagnose technical issues.

We do not operate a public comment system, user account system, or user-generated content feature on this site. If those features are added later, this policy will be updated accordingly.

12. Children

The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please contact privacy@somana.tech and we will delete it.
